I have completed the CvS El Fuerte. Now I'm cringing at the fact that I want him in mugen so bad.But I know i'm going to die making it...

I kept his colors down to 16 to maintain the CvS restrictions. though it only shows 12, I color separated his mask/shoes.
Going to try and optimize it even more to separate his scarf from his skin.

El Fuerte belongs to capcom
